WILMINGTON, Ohio – The Wilmington College women's basketball team hosts Earlham College in the Quaker Bowl Rivalry game on Monday. Tip-off from Fred Raizk Arena is slated for 7 p.m.

The Teams: Wilmington and Earlham. The Fightin' Quakers are 2-2 on the year after splitting a pair of games at the Fred Raizk Memorial Tournament last weekend – falling to Franklin College 78-76 and defeating Hiram College 84-76. The Hustlin' Quakers stand at 1-3, but notched their first win of the season on Monday, defeating Bob Jones 94-68.

The Coaches: Jerry Scheve is in his 30th season as head coach of the Wilmington women's basketball program. Scheve, who guided the Quakers to the NCAA Division III National Championship in 2004, has amassed over 500 career victories. Shauna Watson is in her third season as Earlham's head coach.

The Players: McKayla Binkley has led Wilmington in scoring through four games this season at 19.0 points per game. The junior is also second on the squad in rebounding at 6.0 boards per contest and third in assists at 2.3 per game. Kelly Noll, who scores 10.0 points per game, grabs a team-best 7.5 boards while Hannah Binkley and Kennedy Lewis also score in double figures. Kayla Bowling is the lone Earlham individual averaging double figures in scoring at 10.8 points per game while Rosie Newhart and Zoe Curtis grab at least six boards per contest.

Tale of the Tape: Points per game – Wilmington 86.5, Earlham 59.8; opponents' points per game – Wilmington 72.8, Earlham 67.3; field goal percentage – Wilmington 42.0, Earlham 35.5; three-point percentage – Wilmington 33.7, Earlham 23.3; free throw percentage – Wilmington 71.4, Earlham 62.0; rebounds per game – Wilmington 46.8, Earlham 37.8; assist-to-turnover ratio – Wilmington 0.94, Earlham 0.71.

Quaker Bowl Rivalry: The athletics departments of Wilmington and Earlham have re-created the Quaker Bowl rivalry. Originally a traveling trophy for just football and men's basketball, the bowl will now be competed for across all sports the two schools compete in. This year's standings have Wilmington in front 4-2.
