WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College men's lacrosse team is preparing to face Spalding University Wednesday at 6:00 in Williams Stadium. 

The Teams: Wilmington and Spalding. The Quakers have won two of the last their last three matches and look to continue building on their offensive successes and put together a win streak going into conference play. The Spalding Golden Eagles are currently in their inaugural season have started 0-8 as they begin to lay the framework for the program going forward. 

The Coaches: Garyck Todd enters his second season as Wilmington's head men's lacrosse coach in 2023. The 2016 WC alumnus was a four-year member of the program and was a part of the team's first winning season (9-7) in 2015. Coach Kurt Ohlen is in his first season as head coach of the Golden Eagles men's lacrosse program. Ohlen takes the helm of the Spalding program after previously starting the men's lacrosse program at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado.

The Players: A trio of seniors have led the way for the Quaker offense this season. Through six games Justen Shaw has a single season career high of 22 goals! Garrett Murrell has also set a single season career high goals scored with 14! Austin Bondurant is hot on their heels tying his single season record with nine goals. Golden Eagles freshman Mason Moore has scored 17 goals this season.
