This form should be completed by the person nominating someone for the Wilmington College Athletics Hall of Fame. If the nominee is deceased, this form should be completed by someone who knew him/her well.

Criteria for Hall of Fame – Players/Coaches

Candidate must have earned two athletic awards.
Candidate must have been an outstanding representative of Wilmington College.
Candidate must have left college in good standing.
Candidate must have demonstrated high ideals of athletics at the college and after leaving the college.
Candidate must have been out of Wilmington College for 10 years after their graduation class.
Coach must have been on staff for minimum of 10 years.
Coach must have been away from Wilmington College for minimum of 2 years.
