WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College men's lacrosse team enters Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) play on a winning streak! The Quakers travel to John Carroll University on Saturday with the first face-off taking place at 1:00. 

The Teams: Wilmington and John Carroll. Wilmington is on a two game winning streak and have won three of their last four matches. John Carroll lost the season opener and have not looked back since, winners of four straight matches heading into conference play. 

The Coaches: Garyck Todd enters his second season as Wilmington's head men's lacrosse coach in 2023. The 2016 WC alumnus was a four-year member of the program and was a part of the team's first winning season (9-7) in 2015. Joe Rautenstrauch enters his seventh season as the head coach of the John Carroll Men's Lacrosse program in the 2022-2023 school year. In his first six seasons as head coach, Rautenstrauch led the Blue Streaks to a combined 73-23 (37-6 OAC) record, earning five OAC Tournament Championships and five automatic bids to the NCAA Tournament.

The Players: Quaker Freshman Jacob Snyder tied the single game record for goals in a game with 10 against Spalding University. Justen Shaw continues to lead the Quaker offense with 23 goals and accounting for 31 points this season. Colin Morrissey is the reigning OAC Offensive Player of the Week.
