PERSONAL: Sofia Thomas was born Dec. 10, 2001...the daughter of Quentin Thomas & Cynthia Aviles...four-year starter for Head Coach Michelle Papas at Boone County High School...Academic Honor Roll all four years...two-time All-District honoree...2019 Team Most Valuable Player...also member of swimming and track & field teams.

MAJOR: Business Management

FRESHMAN SEASON (2021 SPRING): Appeared in all 16 matches in a season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic...spent time at both setter and outside hitter...dished out a team-best 168 assists for an average of 3.43 per set...put down 46 kills and averaged over two digs per set.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2021 FALL): Appeared in 27 matches with 85 sets played...tallied 194 kills a team best and 10th in a single season in Quaker history...tallied 184 digs, fourth on the team... averaged 2.28 kills and 2.16 digs per set.
