The Fightin' Quakers are an even 6-6-0 on the season, but 0-3-0 in conference contests after a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Baldwin Wallace University at home on Saturday. The Cardinals are 5-4-2 and 1-1-1 in OAC games having recently notched a 3-0 triumph over Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, on Saturday.

The Coaches: Nick Kinder, a 2010 alumnus and four-year member of the men's soccer program, enters his first year as head women's soccer coach. He has spent the last four seasons as the program's top assistant coach including the last six weeks leading the program on an interim basis following the retirement of 30-year Head Coach Steve Spirk. He is just the fifth head coach in the 37-year history of the program as a varsity sport. Brandon Koons, a 1998 Otterbein alumnus, has led the Cardinals to 11 OAC regular season titles in his 24 seasons. Koons has never suffered a losing season.

Defensively, senior goalkeeper Lauren Galloway allowed 1.17 goals per game and has made 42 saves on the season. A trio of Cardinals - Anjuli Anderson, Ava Bruns and Gillian Losey - have scored three goals while Payton Kaufman has assisted on a team-high four goals for Otterbein.
