WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College women's soccer team continues its four-game home stint with weekend games against the College of Wooster and Manchester.

The Schedule: Wilmington will face Wooster at 7 p.m. on Saturday followed by Manchester at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

The Teams: Wilmington, Wooster and Manchester. The Fightin' Quakers enter the weekend with a 3-1-0 overall record and riding a three-game winning streak in which WC hasn't surrendered a goal. The Fighting Scots are an even 2-2-2 on the season, but looking to snap a two-game losing skid having most recently fallen to Westminster College (Pennsylvania) 1-0 on Wednesday. The Spartans are 1-5-0 on the year and looking to rebound from a 5-0 defeat at the hands of Calvin University on Wednesday.

The Coaches: Nick Kinder, a 2010 alumnus and four-year member of the men's soccer program, enters his first year as head women's soccer coach. He has spent the last four seasons as the program's top assistant coach including the last six weeks leading the program on an interim basis following the retirement of 30-year Head Coach Steve Spirk. He is just the fifth head coach in the 37-year history of the program as a varsity sport. David "Georgie" Brown has been Wooster's head women's soccer coach for over three decades while Katie Mitchell is in her second season leading Manchester.

The Players: Alex Wilson has scored four of Wilmington's eight goals on the season including the game-winning in WC's 1-0 triumph over Earlham College in the Quaker Bowl Rivalry on Tuesday evening. Shannon Jamieson, who's assisted on three Quaker goals, has netted two herself while Elizabeth Matthews and Maddie Scott have each found the back of the net once. Goalkeeper Lauren Galloway, alongside a stout Quaker defense, has allowed a sinle goal this season (on a penalty pick). Hallie Krzys leads the Scots with five goals on the season while Abby McLaughlin has scored Manchester's lone goal on the season.

OAC Players of the Week: Alex Wilson (Offensive) and Lauren Galloway (Defensive) are the reigning Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Players of the Week.
