WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College men's lacrosse team (2-5) will host Mount Vernon Nazarene (5-2) this Monday in Williams Stadium at 7:00 pm.

The Teams: Wilmington and Mount Vernon Nazarene. Wilmington returns home after spending last week on the road. The Quakers are hoping some home cooking can help them get their offense back on track. Mount Vernon Nazarene has lost two of their last three contests. The Cougars are 1-0 this season against OAC teams.

The Coaches: Wilmington has new leadership in the form of Head Coach Garyck Todd. The 2016 WC alumnus was a four-year member of the program and was a part of the team's first winning season (9-7) in 2015. He previously served as the head coach at Pickerington Central High School for the past three seasons. Ryan Farr was named as the first Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at MVNU in 2018. In addition to serving as the team's Head Coach, Farr is specifically responsible for the coordination of the team's offensive unit.

The Players: Justen Shaw and Austin Young make the Quaker offense sing. Both have scored 10 goals on the season and they have gotten their teammates combined often with a combined 10 assists. When these two have it going, good things happen for the Quakers.

Series History: This will be the first contest between the Quakers and the Cougars.
