WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College men's basketball team continues Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) play on Wednesday when Capital University comes to Hermann Court for a 7 p.m. contest.

The Teams: Wilmington and Capital. The Fightin' Quakers enter the game with a 4-7 overall record and a 2-2 mark in OAC play after falling to No. 6 Marietta College 75-64 on Saturday. The Crusaders are 6-5 on the season and also 2-2 in conference competition. Capital most recently fell 60-47 at Baldwin Wallace University on Saturday.

The Coaches: K.C. Hunt is in his 13th season as head coach of Wilmington's men's basketball program. Hunt, who has coached two All-Americans and seven of the school's 1,000-point scorers, led the Quakers to OAC Tournament titles in 2010 and 2014. He garnered Great Lakes Region Coach of the Year honors for guiding Wilmington to OAC Tournament title and a win in the NCAA Division III Tournament in 2010. Damon Goodwin, Capital's head coach since the 1994-95 season, has led the Crusaders to nearly 400 wins during that time.

The Players: Jeffery Mansfield leads Wilmington in scoring 17.5 points per game while DaeShawn Jackson is not far behind at 16.0 points per contest. Colin Myers, who tallied a career-high 19 points and nine rebounds against Marietta, and Abdul Kanu also score in double figures. Rebounding has been a team effort for the Quakers as five individuals grab over 3.5 rebounds per game. Ganiyu Yahaya, Reed Bradfield and Cameron Caldwell all score in double figures for Capital while Joe Hartmann grabs a team-best 9.2 boards per game.
