(BEREA, Ohio) – The Wilmington College baseball team dropped a pair of games on the road in Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) play Friday afternoon to the No. 2 team in the country, Baldwin Wallace University. Neither team scored for the first five innings of game one. In his first collegiate start, Quakers freshman Drew Tower hung tough and only allowed one hit over 4.2 innings while striking out three Yellow Jackets. Wilmington had three hits through the first six innings of play.

Baldwin Wallace got on the board with a two-run homerun to right field in the bottom of the sixth to go up 2-0. Wilmington had a trio of baserunners over the final three innings but couldn't plate any runs in their 4-0 loss.
