Baumann, a senior sport management major from Eaton, hit a .290 clip with 17 RBIs and six doubles. Also an Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) selection, he scored 15 runs and played primarily outfield on defense.

Shaneyfelt, a junior sport management major from Dayton, earned First Team All-OAC honors for leading the conference in both stolen bases (37) and runs scored (53). He set program records in both categories for single season as well as career, and carried a .310 batting average to go along with 33 walks drawn. Shaneyfelt also appeared on the Academic All-OAC list.

Boster, a junior sport management major from Mason, garnered Second Team All-OAC recognition by leading the conference in strikeouts (94). That mark is a single season program record. Alongside leading the Quaker pitching staff in innings (73.2), he tallied a 19-strikeout game on Senior Day, marking the most in a single game in program history. Boster also earned Academic All-OAC honors.

Chappie, a junior sport management major from Clarksville, earned Academic All-OAC honors and pitched 25.1 innings for the Quakers in 2023. He was responsible for three of the team's eight saves on the season.
