WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College men's lacrosse team will face Marietta this Saturday at home in Williams Stadium. Game time, 1 P.M. 

The Teams: Wilmington and Marietta. Wilmington is 0-5 heading into the last game in March. The Fightin' Quakers have scored 13 goals on 60 attempts, giving them a 21% shooting percentage. They have won 80 ground balls and 27 of 135 face-offs, while committing 113 turnovers so far this season. Marietta comes to Williams Stadium with a 1-5 record, after dropping its last four contests. They have scored 29 goals on 149 attempts, leaving them with a 19% shooting percentage. They scooped up 157 ground balls so far and won 62 of 115 face-offs. However mishandled 119 turnovers.    

The Coaches: Jeff Arneson is in his fourth year leading the Wilmington men's lacrosse program. Prior to leading the Quakers to a 5-9 record two seasons ago, Arneson, a Wilmington High School alumnus, spent six seasons as head coach at Thiel College (Pennsylvania). Shawn Runyon is in his second season with Marietta after spending time at Gettysburg College as an assistant for two years. He comes in to this season with a 10 and 14 record overall.  

The Players: Reed Beavers continues to make his mark on the OAC and for the Fightin' Quakers. He once again moves up the charts on the saves list, taking over the number two spot with 75 saves so far this season. Connor Ficke leads the Pioneers with nine goals and an assist, however turns to teammate Zack Radcliffe for help, as he's earned seven goals and three assists.

OAC Fan Policy: The OAC President's Council has updated its spectator policy to allow two individuals per student-athlete to attend home contests.

Series History: This is only the second time these two programs have faced each other. Marietta is winning the series 1-0.
