WILMINGTON, Ohio -  Wilmington women's track and field team continues postseason mode as they send individuals to the Mount Union Last Chance Meet. These athletes are looking at one final shot to extend their seasons to the Division III National Meet.  

The Schedule: The meet is set to start with field events at 2:00 PM followed by running events at 4:00 PM.

The Teams: Wilmington will be joined by other Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) schools. 

The Coach: Ron Combs continues his 23rd season as the head coach of Wilmington's men's and women's track and field teams. Combs has been named Coach of the Year, twice by the Heartland Athletic Conference, and once by the OAC. In 2002, he led the men's indoor team to a sixth-place finish at NCAA DIII Championships.

Who to Watch: Emma Burke and Kayli Sullivan will be making one final push for a bid to nationals. Emma Burke is competing in the 400-meter hurdles, and is one spot out of qualifying. Kayli Sullivan will be competing in the hammer throw, in which she is also one spot away from qualifying.

Up Next: Wilmington will send any athlete in the top 18 in their event to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships on May 27-29 in Greensboro, North Carolina.
