WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College Women's track and field team will head to Otterbein to compete in the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Indoor Championships, where they will finish their indoor competing season.  

The Schedule:  Pole Vault will lead off the field events at 11:00 a.m. while running events will start at 3:00 p.m. with the DMR.  

The Teams:  Wilmington will be facing off against each of the other nine OAC institutions.

The Coach: Ron Combs continues his 23rd season as the head coach of Wilmington's men's and women's track and field teams. Combs has been named Coach of the Year, twice by the Heartland Athletic Conference, and once by the OAC. In 2002, he led the men's indoor team to a sixth-place finish at NCAA DIII Championships.

Who to Watch:   The women will showcase multiple relay teams as well as individuals at the conference meet. The distance medley relay will be made up of Milena Wahl, Savannah Rhodes, Sidney Fields and Kelsey Broering. The 4x200-meter relay, consisting of Fields, Madison Dietz, Lily Williford and Miranda Gibson, will face off followed by the 4x400-meter relay with Rhodes, Dietz, Gibson and Fields. Jenna Hennaman and Williford will be competing in pole vault, Dietz will be featured in the long jump and triple jump and Kayli Sullivan will throw weight and shot put, ranking top 3 in both events.  Rounding out the individual events are Milena Wahl in the 3000-meter run and Fields in the 60-meter hurdles.
