WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College Women's track and field team will finish up its 2021 indoor regular season with a final meet at Capital University, traveling there for the fourth time this season for an indoor meet on Sunday.
The Schedule: Field events start off at 11:00 AM with track events shooting off at 1:00 PM.
The Teams: Wilmington will be joined by hosts Capital in addition to Marietta College and Muskingum University.
The Coach: Ron Combs continues his 23rd season as the head coach of Wilmington's men's and women's track and field teams. Combs has been named Coach of the Year, twice by the Heartland Athletic Conference, and once by the OAC. In 2002, he led the men's indoor team to a sixth-place finish at NCAA DIII Championships.
Who to Watch: Wilmington's Madison Dietz, coming off of two first place finishes in the long jump and triple jump last week, will be competing in long jump and triple jump in addition to the 4x200-meter relay. Milena Wahl, coming off a hot first place finish in the mile last weekend, will be battling it out in the 1000-meter run.
