WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College softball program is hosting a prospect camp for softball players in grades 9-12 on campus on July 20.
The camp is designed for more advanced softball players in grades 9-12, specifically for those with a desire to compete at the college level. Clinic participants will receive hands-on instruction as they rotate through multiple offensive and defensive stations. Head Coach Beth Floyd and assistant coaches Jillia Cook, Brett Sadler and Je'Taysia Johns will lead the instruction of the prospect camp. Members of the 2022-2023 WC softball team will also be assisting in the instruction.
The cost of the camp is $80 for hitting and defense sessions (1-4 p.m.) and $50 for pitchers and catchers (11 a.m. - noon). Pitchers will need to provide their own catchers. Individuals can sign up for both sessions.
