WILMINGTON, Ohio – The Wilmington College men's swimming team has qualified for the College Swimming Coaches of America (CSCAA)'s Scholar All-America Team Award for the fall semester that concluded last calendar year.

In order to be considered for the award, teams must carry a cumulative 3.0 grade point average (GPA) for the fall semester. During the fall of 2019, the Fightin' Quaker men boasted a 3.00 team GPA.

"The coaching staff is as excited for the team's success in the classroom as we are for the success they have in the pool," Head Men's Swimming Coach Trip Breen said. "Finding a great balance is what this experience is all about. A team GPA of 3.00 takes a total team effort. We are truly proud of them!"

Wilmington hosts John Carroll University this weekend before heading to the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Championships on Feb. 13-15.
