Women's Swimming Faces Manchester in Dual on Saturday

WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College women's swimming team returns home for the final time this calendar year when Manchester University comes to the Wilmington Natatorium for an 11 a.m. dual meet on Saturday.

The Coach: Trip Breen is in his 20th season as the head coach of Wilmington's men's and women's swimming teams. Breen has been named Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Men's Coach of the Year four times, the most recently in the 2016-17 season.

Who to Watch: In freestyle events, Margaret Hover has two of Wilmington's top three times including the 100-yard freestyle and 200-yard freestyle events while Macki Leon in backstroke and IM events. Freshman Alyssa Harper finished runner-up in two events for the Quakers in the double dual at Wittenberg University two weeks ago and won two events in the triumph last Saturday.

Hot Streak: Wilmington won 10-of-16 events in victories over Hiram College and Franciscan University on Saturday.
