Wrestling Heads to Adrian for the NCAA Central Region Championships

WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College wrestling team heads up Interstate 75 for the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships hosted by Adrian College this weekend. Competitions is slated to begin at 11 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday.

The Teams: Wilmington will be joined by host Adrian along the other member of the central region - Albion College, Alma College, Baldwin Wallace University, Case Western Reserve University, Defiance College, Heidleberg University, Hiram College, John Carroll University, Manchester University, Mount St. Joseph University, the University of Mount Union, MuskinguM University, Ohio Northern University, Ohio Wesleyan University, Olivet College, Otterbein University, Trine University and Wabash College.

The Coaches: Justin Kihn enters his fourth season as the Head Coach for the Quakers. Kihn comes to Wilmington after graduating and being an assistant coach at Heidelberg University. As an athlete, Kihn was Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Wrestler of the Year his senior year, as well as Academic All-American and Division III All-American.
