Twenty Winter Sports Student-Athletes Garner Academic All-OAC Recognition
March 30, 2022Academic All-Conference selections have at least a cumulative 3.5 grade-point average (GPA) at the end of the semester preceding the end of the winter season. The student-athlete must also be a member of a varsity team, in a sport sponsored by the league, as well as be enrolled in a full-time capacity. -
Women's Swimming Places Fifth at 2022 OAC Championships
February 19, 2022The Fightin' Quakers finished the meet with 195 total points. John Carroll University claimed the championship with 950 points and were followed by Ohio Northern University (744), the University of Mount Union (716) and Baldwin Wallace University (433). -

February 17, 2022The sophomore from Jefferson, Ohio, swum a time of 2:24.69 in the 200-yard IM, more than five seconds faster than her seeded time, in the morning preliminaries to earn a spot in the consolation final. In said final, Szuhay tapped the wall in 2:26.10 to finish in sixth place. -

February 16, 2022The Fightin' Quakers' squad of Ashley Carlson, Anna Endsley, Adrienne Reynek, Audrey Bibb swum a time of 8:49.50, more than 45 seconds faster than the seeded time, to finish fifth. John Carroll University won the event by touching the wall in 7:56.80. -

Margaret Hover '21 Returns to Swimming Program as Assistant Coach
August 26, 2021Hover, a 2021 WC alumna who graduated Summa Cum Laude, competed in freestyle and relay events for the Fightin' Quakers all four years as a student-athlete. Three relay teams - 400-yard medley, 400-yard freestyle and 800-yard freestyle - that Hover took part in are currently program records.
