Women's Cross Country Completes Week Two of the Season

TIFFIN, Ohio - The Wilmington College women's cross country team finshed up week two of the season at the Tiffleberg Invitational. The Quakers come home with seventh place, while Edinboro comes away with the victory with 22 points. 

The freshman newcomer, Hayden Setty, continues to create a name for herself as she finshed with another top-20 performance. Setty bettered her first collegiate 5,000-meter time by three seconds, with a 19th place time of 21:19. Veteran Bella Stevens and first-year runner Sarah Balliet finished second and third for the squad. Stevens crossed the line in 42nd while Balliet was 20 seconds behind crossing 46th. 

The Quakers stay close to home as they travel to Cedarville, Ohio for the All-Ohio Championships on September 15th.
