WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College women's swimming is back in the pool on Friday evening with an Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) dual meet at John Carroll University (JCU). Events are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
The Coaches: Trip Breen is in his 22nd season as the head coach of Wilmington's men's and women's swimming teams. Breen has been named Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Men's Coach of the Year four times, the most recently in the 2016-17 season. Tanner Barton, a graduate of Ball State University, is in his first season as John Carroll's head swimming and diving coach.
Who to Watch: Macki Leon, the winner of three individual events as well as anchoring a relay last weekend, will compete in backstroke, IM and relay events against JCU. Margaret Hover, Hannah Davis and Audrey Bibb, who swam the 200-yard freestyle relay with Leon against the University of Mount Union, will complete in individual freestyle events as well.
