WILMINGTON, Ohio - Mike Austin joins the Wilmington College Swimming coaching staff as a volunteer assistant for the remainder of the 2021 season following an outstanding swimming career with program. 

"Mike made a huge impact on the program while competing with his outstanding work ethic and leadership skills were outstanding," Head Men's & Women's Swimming Coach Trip Breen said. "I am sure those characteristics will carry over to his future coaching career."

Austin, a December graduate of the College, competed in backstroke and freestyle events for the Fightin' Quakers in his career. He resides in Waynesville.
