(MARIETTA, Ohio) - The Wilmington women's volleyball team lost to the Marietta College Pioneers Friday night, 3-0. They are now 9-11 overall this season and 1-4 in the Ohio Athletic Conference.
The Pioneers won by set scores of 25-13, 25-13, and 25-15.
Notables
- Seniors Sofia Thomas and Victoria Long led the Quakers with five kills, while junior Andie Dolven and sophomore Sarah Brown each had four kills.
- Dolven dished out 14 assists in the contest, giving her 18 matches this season with double-digit assists.
- Thomas had 15 digs, while junior Emma Schroer added 12 which is Thomas's 12th match with double-digit digs and Schroer's 19th.
- Brown also had one block solo and one block assist for the Quakers
