(WILMINGTON, Ohio) – Wilmington College announced today that Bill Wilson has resigned his position as Senior Director of Athletics to pursue other professional opportunities.
During his tenure, Bill established a graduate assistant coaching program and facilitated the addition of three full time coaching positions along with a strength and conditioning coach.
Additionally, Bill oversaw updates to the new sound systems added in Hermann Court and the Wilmington Natatorium, a new track and lights at Williams Stadium, and new digital scorer's tables in Hermann Court.
"I am grateful for the people I met at Wilmington and the opportunity I had to serve as the Senior Director of Athletics. I am proud of the accomplishments during my tenure and wish the college well," said Wilson.
Wilmington College will begin a nationwide search for their new Director of Athletics immediately.
