(MARIETTA, Ohio) - The Wilmington College men's lacrosse team lost to the Marietta College Pioneers Friday night in Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) action by a final score of 22-5.
The Quakers and Pioneers were tied 2-2 midway through the first quarter, after Tyler Cunningham scored the first goal of the contest for Wilmington. However, Marietta held a 5-2 lead after one quarter of play and never looked back in their victory.
Wilmington is now 4-6 overall this season and 0-2 in the OAC.
