@DubC_Volleyball wins another OAC set

NEW CONCORD, OH – The Wilmington College volleyball team fell to Muskingum in four sets (25-10, 25-10, 26-28, 25-10) in Ohio Athletic Conference action Tuesday at the Anne C. Steele Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Junior Kennedy Harshaw (Xenia, OH/Yellow Springs) had a season-high 11 kills to lead the Fightin' Quakers. She tied a career-high with 35 attacks, and recorded the team's only ace.
  • Eight different players recorded an assist for Wilmington with freshman middle hitter Lauren Fraysier (Marion, OH/River Valley) leading the team way with six assists. Another freshman middle hitter Jessica Hadley (Germantown, OH/Valley View) added five.
  • Freshman Morgan Householder (Somerset, OH/Sheridan) led the team with 15 digs.

WHAT'S NEXT

Wilmington (3-23 overall, 0-8 OAC) concludes the 2016 season with an OAC match 1 p.m. Saturday at Heidelberg, and a non-conference match with Ohio Wesleyan 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
