@DubC_XCTR men place 18th

The Wilmington College men's cross country team placed 18th of 36 teams in the 2015 JennaStrong Fall Classic Friday.

Berea won the event (79 points), followed by Miami University (155), Heidelberg (166), Ohio Dominican (188) and Wooster (223).

Sophomore Hunter Stith (Goshen, OH/Goshen) led the was with a 33rd place finish with the time of 26:48.6. Freshman Rick Pride (Mount Orab, OH/Western Brown), was the next Wilmington runner to finish the 8K course, placing 70th (27:37.3), while the third WC harrier was freshman Gage Egner (Blanchester, OH/Blanchester) – who was 98th (28:01.8).

The final two Fightin' Quakers to score were freshman Matt Baker (Liberty Center, OH/Liberty Center), who was 141st (28:54.9), and senior Dominic King (Bettsville, OH/Bettsville), who was 143rd (28:59.2).

Wilmington will have a week off before traveling to Berea for the Ohio Athletic Conference championships.
