Austintown, OH - Wilmington College was well resprestend in the OAC academic honors for the fall sports. Out of the six sports that were eligible for honors, all six teams were represented with honorees of the OAC Academic Award honors.
Volleyball had two award winners, senior Hannah Kockentiet and junior Summer Wilbur.
Football claimed seven award winners this year; seniors David Henry, Ryan Prince, Joshua Chua, Luke Creditt and sophomores Michael Vargo, Nicholas Moore, Michael Aquaviva.
Men's Cross Country was represented by juniors Matthew Baker, Zachary Simpkins and sophomore Jefferey Clydesdale.
The single women's Cross Country award winner was sophomore Allison Helmke.
Women's Soccer was very well represented with seven award winners; senior Haley Brausch, juniors Hannah Greaney, Sarah Pierce, Kaitlin Evans and sophomores Sydney Avey, Amy Johnson, Haley Burge.
Men's soccer totaled six award winners; senior Nils Asteberg, junior Jason Alymayer, and sophomores Oscar Bjornerstedt, William Patrick, Roman Kirschner, Gabriel Nygard.
