Brandon Farley enters his second season as a member of the Wilmington College football coaching staff in 2023. He works with the program's wide receivers as well as being the program's co-special teams coordinator and video coordinator.

During the 2022 season, Farley, alongside head coach Corey Fillipovich led WC to a 3-1 start to the season with victories coming over Southern Virginia University, Capital University and Otterbein University. The only loss was a 13-12 defeat to Baldwin Wallace University, which went on to finish the season with a 7-3 record. The start marked WC's best since 2000, its first year in the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC). Five individuals earned postseason awards including Itika Wynn Jr., Ace Taylor and Brandon Lemley garnering Second Team All-OAC recognition. Additionally, eight players were named Academic All-District from College Sports Communicators.

Farley comes to Wilmington from Adrian College (Michigan) where he served as the Bulldogs' wide receivers coach and assistant special teams coordinator for the 2021 fall season. There, he aided Head Coach Jim Deere with preparing individual practice drills, teaching the offensive assignments of the wide receiving core as well coordinating the kickoff return unit.

Farley is no stranger to the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) having spent a season on Scott Donaldson's staff at Heidelberg University and helped the Student Princes to a 4-1 record during the COVID-19-altered 2020-21 academic year that saw football being played in the spring. He charted plays for the offense and had recruiting areas that included Ohio and West Virginia.

A graduate of NCAA Division II Concord University (West Virginia), Farley enjoyed a decorated career as a wide receiver and finished in the top 10 for career marks in several categories including: receptions (149), receiving yards (1,841) and receiving touchdowns (17). A two-time captain, he earned the Presidential Excellence Award and was nominated for Allstate Good Works Team.

Farley has a bachelor's degree in sport management from Concord and an MBA from Heidelberg.
