WARRENVILLE, IL- The Wilmington College men's cross country team competed at the Benedictine University Eagle Invitational Friday afternoon. The Fightin' Quakers finished in the top-half of the field, earning seventh-place with 190 points out of 16 teams.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Senior Hunter Stith (Batavia, OH/Batavia) led the Fightin' Quakers in the 8000-meter run. H. Stith finished 23rd in a field of 175 runners, with a time of 27:23.2.

Freshmen Ryan Honkomp (Maineville, OH/Little Miami) and Gage Clemens (Fairmont, WV/Senior) were next to cross the finish line. Their times of 28:02.2 and 28:07.2 earned them 33rd and 36th-place, respectively.

41st-place was claimed by senior Cameron Erwin (South Vienna, OH/Northeastern) with a time of 28:17.8.

The final Fightin' Quaker to score in the meet was sophomore Cameron Phelps (Cincinnati, OH/Princeton) who posted a 29:01.2 for 57th.
