Competed in all seven races for the Quakers…Ran a career best 6k time of 26:57.1 at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Championships on Nov. 11…Ran a season best 5k time of 24:49.5 at the Tiffelberg Cross Country Meet on Sep. 8.
