Paula Stewart enters her ninth season as assistant coach for Wilmington College men and women's swimming teams.
"I love athletics and competition," said Stewart, who competes in master's swimming, triathlons, mountain biking and karate. "Our student-athletes at Wilmington love to compete as well. I try to encourage them to strive to achieve, as students, athletes and people."
Stewart also is a Spinning instructor at Get Fit in Wilmington. Stewart and her husband Kent reside in Wilmington.
