PERSONAL: Michael Phillippe was born Dec. 17, 2001...the son of Frank and Peggyann..two-year swimmer for Head Coach Lucas George at Franklin High School.
MAJOR: Political Science
Freshman Season (2020-21):
Placed in the consolation finals of three events at the OAC Championships... took second in the 200-yard backstroke (2:02.90), fourth of the 200-yard IM (2:08.14) and fifth in the 100-yard backstroke (56.00 seconds)...member of three - 200-yard and 400-yard medleys as well as the the 400-yard freestyle - Fightin' Quaker relay squads.
Sophomore Season (2021-22):
Tallied three consolation final placements at the OAC Championships...finished second in the 200-yard IM (4:29.87), third in the 200-yard IM (2:02.23) and fourth in the 200-yard backstroke (2:03.98)...participated in four Fightin' Quaker relays.
Senior Season (2023-24):
Competed in four meets for the Quakers…Swam season best times of 2:10.96 in the 200 Yard IM, 58.75 in the 100 Yard Backstroke, 2:11.74 in the 200 Yard Backstroke, and 28.32 in the 50 Yard Backstroke…Competed in “B” finals of the 200 Yard Backstroke at the OAC Championships…Also competed in the 200 Yard IM and 100 Yard Backstroke at the OAC Championships.
