Alex Trevino enters his fifth season on the Wilmington College men's basketball coaching staff in 2023-24. He spent the previous three seasons as an assistant coach before being elevated into the top assistant prior to the 2022-23 season. He also serves the College as assistant director of athletic communications.
Alongside then-Head Coach K.C. Hunt, Trevino has helped guide the Fightin' Quakers to consecutive Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Tournament berths in his two seasons on staff. In the 2021 OAC Tournament, Wilmington upset No. 2 Heidelberg University on the road for the first win in the postseason for the program in seven seasons. Jeffery Mansfield has garnered First Team All-OAC honors in each of Trevino's seasons.
He resides in Wilmington.
