PERSONAL: Benjamin "Ben" Hobbs was born Dec. 4, 2001...the son of Jeff Hobbs & Saundra Willis...four-year starter for Head Coaches Matt Hopkins & David Maddox at Preble Shawnee High School...rushed for over 1,100 yards on 162 carries in prep career...Third Team All-State, First Team All-District and First Team All-League honoree.

Freshman Season (2021 SPRING): 

Member of the program.

Sophomore Season (2021 FALL): 

Appeared in all nine game... rushed for 346 yards, 83 carries, and three rushing touchdowns all team highs...posted first career 100-yard game in the win Nov. 13 at Otterbein University. 

Junior Season (2022): 

Appeared in all 10 games as one of WC's primary running backs as a junior...carried the ball 105 times for 432 yards and one touchdown...rushed for a season-high 113 yards on 21 carries in WC's 52-27 triumph over Southern Virginia University in the season-opener.

Senior Season (2023):

Appeared in four games for the Quakers…Second on the team with 60 rushes, 298 rushing yards, three rushing touchdowns, and a long rush of 28 yards…Caught two passes for 21 yards and a receiving touchdown, with his longest reception being 14 yards…Gathered 319 all-purpose yards…Scored 24 points…Had one tackle assist.
