The Wilmington College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) named men's soccer player Niklas Martensson as its Player of the Week, for the period ending October 30, 2016.

Martensson (Torna Hallestad, Sweden/NTI) had a total of three assists and two goals for the team this week. His accomplishments also earned him the honor of the OAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week. 

In recognition of his accomplishments, he will receive a T-shirt from SAAC, and his photo and list of accomplishments will be displayed in Hermann Court.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight about the student-athlete experience. SAAC protects student-athlete interests and provides a positive image of student-athletes.
