The Wilmington College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee named football player Chase Manica as its Player of the Week, for the period ending September 29.

Manica (Shelbyville, KY/Shelby County) gained a career-high 137 yards on 20 carries, going over 100 yards in back-to-back games. 

In recognition of his accomplishments, he will receive a T-shirt from SAAC, and his photo and list of accomplishments will be displayed in the lobby of Hermann Court.

The Student Athlete Advisory Committee is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight about the student-athlete experience. SAAC protects student-athlete interests and provides a positive image of student-athletes.
