WILMINGTON, Ohio - Wilmington College men's track & field sophomore Simon Heys has been named the Student Athlete Advisory Commitee (SAAC) Player of the Week.

Heys traveled to Baldwin Wallace University for a 10-kilometer race on Friday. Heys shattered the program record by over 30 seconds, turning in a time of 29:54. Despite finishing third in the race, that mark is currently the fourth-best in NCAA Division III.
