The Wilmington College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee named women's swimmer Rachel Routzong as its Player of the Week, for the period ending January 17.

Routzong (Urbana, OH/Urbana) helped Wilmington to the 114-51 victory over Manchester. She won the 200 freestyle and the 100 butterfly, and was a part of the 200 freestyle relay that was victorious.

In recognition of her accomplishments, she will receive a T-shirt from SAAC, and her photo and list of accomplishments will be displayed in the lobby of Hermann Court.

The Student Athlete Advisory Committee is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight about the student-athlete experience. SAAC protects student-athlete interests and provides a positive image of student-athletes.
