Freshman Season (2019): 

Finished 15th at the OAC Championships with a time of 26:21.7...Second Team All-OAC honoree.

2020 Season:

The 2020 cross country season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sophomore Season (2021): 

Finished 7th at the OAC Championships with a time of 25:29.2...placed 2nd at the Great Lakes XC Regional Championships with a time of 24:40.4...placed 5th in the NCAA Division III XC Championships with a time of 23:57.0.

Junior Season (2022): 

Finished 3rd at the OAC Championships with a time of 25:49.9...placed 2nd at the Great Lakes XC Regional Championships with a time of 24:23.0...placed 15th at the NCAA Divsion III XC Championships with a time of 25:20.4.

Senior Season (2023):

Competed in seven races for the Quakers…Was the lone Quaker to qualify for the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships…Won five races, including the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Championships and the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Championships…Ran a career best 8k time of 23:46.7, which broke his own program record…Ran a season best 5k time of 15:07.4…Finished 33rd at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships to earn All-American honors…Named USTFCCCA Great Lakes Region Men’s Athlete of the Year…Named OAC Men’s Runner of the Year and First Team All-OAC…Named USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week on Oct. 9…Named OAC Athlete of the Week on Sep. 18 and Oct. 9…Named a USTFCCCA Division III Men’s All-Academic Athlete…Named Academic All-OAC...Named OAC Scholar Athlete of the Month.
