Going into this session, the Fightin’ Quakers were fighting to stay ahead of the fifth-place team, keeping their fourth-place slot. Throughout today’s competition, they held on and pulled further away from the fifth-place team, finishing the meet solidly in fourth-place with 412 points- 86 points ahead of fifth-place Notre Dame College.

After the day’s events, the Fightin’ Quakers sit in fourth-place with 253 points, 21 points ahead of fifth-place but 242 points behind third-place.
HIRAM, Ohio- The Wilmington College men’s swimming team competed in a non-Ohio Athletic Conference dual meet against Hiram College Saturday afternoon. Despite having competed in a sprint meet the evening before, the Fightin’ Quakers came out of the gate fresh this afternoon and were able to best Hiram, 106-93.
WILMINGTON, Ohio- The Wilmington College men’s swimming team dove into Ohio Athletic Conference action, Friday evening, in a dual meet against Ohio Northern University. Despite large improvements in racing technique and several in-season bests, the Fightin’ Quakers fell to the Polar Bears, 172-89.
LEXINGTON, Kentucky- The Wilmington College men’s swimming team competed in a double dual meet against Transylvania University and Wittenberg University on Saturday afternoon. The Fightin’ Quakers beat Transylvania, but ultimately fell to Wittenberg.
BEREA- The Wilmington College men’s swimming team opened the 2017-18 season Saturday afternoon with an OAC dual meet against Baldwin Wallace University. The Fightin’ Quakers swam hard, winning the majority of the day’s events- even those that are not their individual specialty. In a close meet, Baldwin Wallace came out on top, five points ahead of WC, 102-97.
