WILMINGTON, Ohio - Wilmington College men's cross country senior Geroge Rickett is this week's Studenet Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Player of the Week.

Rickett had a career day Saturday at the D3 Pre-National Meet held at Forest Akers East golf course in East Lansing, Michigan. Rickett finished in 22nd place in a career best time of 25:16.8 on the rolling course. In 49th place at the one-mile mark, Rickett methodically moved through the field working his way to 22nd place. His efforts helped the Quakers knock off four nationally-ranked programs and finish eighth in the 37 team field.

Wilmington has a week off before hosting the JennaStrong Fall Classic.
