Carol Bysak is in her second season as an assistant coach for the Wilmington College volleyball program, and she brings more than 25 years of coaching experience with her.
Her experience includes leading the Beavercreek boys team, where her team has accomplished four trips to the State Tournament in the past six years. The Beavers were the 2015 State Championship Runner-up. Bysak was honored in 2013 as OHSBVA Regional Coach of the Year and the OHSBVA State Coaches Achievement Award. Bysak is a seven-time OHSBVA Regional Coach Achievement Award winner, including each of the last five years.
She is currently a National Coach and Assistant Director for Air City VBC for boys and has been a National Coach for Dayton Juniors VBC for girls. Bysak is a retired OHSAA Class I Official and has also served four terms on the OHSBVA Board of Directors.
She was a two-time NJCAA All-American at Sinclair College.
Bysak is currently an Accountant with Beavercreek City School District.
