Kyle Gray enters his third season as an assistant women's basketball coach at Wilmington College in 2020-21.

Alongside Head Coach Jerry Scheve, Gray has helped the Quakers to consecutive Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Tournament berths the last two years. Additionally, Wilmington finished in the top 20 nationallyin scoring offense.

Gray has spent the last three year as the head varsity girls' basketball coach at nearby Xenia High School and led the Buccaneers to a 111-97 record during that stretch. A four-time OHSBCA District 9 Coach of the Year, Gray has been involved with Xenia basketball ever since he began teaching in the school district as a mathematics instructor in 1993, a position he still holds. Gray has served as head junior varsity coach, assistant varsity coach and assistant boys' basketball coach. From 1996-2004, he was the head varisty girls' coach before returning to that role prior to the 2015 season.

A 1991 graduate of Wilmington, Gray earned a degree in secondary mathematics education. He went on to earn a master's degree in educational administration from the University of Dayton in 1995.

Gray resides in Xenia with his wife, Darla. The couple has two sons - Kelton, a 2020 graduate of Wilmington, and Trevin.
