Men's Lacrosse Hosts Baldwin Wallace on Saturday

WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College men's lacrosse team is coming off its third conference loss this season after losing at Otterbein University this past Wednesday.  The Fightin' Quakers host Baldwin Wallace University (BW) for a 1 p.m. games at Williams Stadium on Saturday.

The Teams: Wilmington (2-7 overall) and Baldwin Wallace (8-2 overall). The Fightin' Quakers are 0-3 in the Ohio Athletic Conference while the Yellow Jackets are 2-1 after escaping John Carroll University with a 13-11 road victory.

The Coaches:
 Jeff Arneson is in his second year leading the Wilmington men's lacrosse program. Prior to leading the Quakers to a 5-9 record last season, Arneson, a Wilmington High School alumnus, spent six seasons as head coach at Thiel College (Pennsylvania).  Trey Keeley is also in his second year as head coach, after guiding BW to an 11-5 season in 2018, going 6-2 in conference play. Keeley comes from Ohio Wesleyan after two years as an a assistant helping the program to 42-11 record and an NCAA Tournament quarterfinals appearance in 2015.  

The Players: Jadon Flannery is coming off his first hat-trick of the season pushing him up to the second on the team in goals scored so far this season.  Connor Judge still leads the team with 23 goals scored, despite not scoring in his last game against Otterbein. BW has three players to keep an eye on, all scoring over 20 goals so far this season. Blake Bower leads the way with 31 followed closely by Chad Stienwachs who has 26 goals and leads the team in assists with 38. Ben Kubiak rounds out the trio with 22 goals and 10 assists.
