Wilmington College head cheerleading coach Chip Dillon has announced the 2016-17 cheerleading squad.

The 12-member team features six returners and six newcomers, including four incoming freshmen. Amanda Brock is the only senior on the team, while juniors Debbie Coomer, Samanatha Rowe, Brandon Williams-Johnson and Hayden Lowe also return. Sophomore Brooke Weeks is the other returner.

The newcomers are junior Mackenzie Stevens, sophomore Paige Weeks and freshmen Sheridan Sebastian, Kaitlyn Kalifoot, Rachel Avery and Jessica Alexander.
