The Wilmington College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee named men's basketball player Christian Jones as its Player of the Week, for the period ending November 15, 2015.

Jones (Hamilton, OH/Hamilton) set a new single-game school record with 18 made free throws, while tying a single-game mark of 20 attempted free throws. He finished with a team-high 25 points in Wilmington's 98-96 overtime loss to Mount St. Joseph.

In recognition of his accomplishments, he will receive a T-shirt from SAAC, and his photo and list of accomplishments will be displayed in the lobby of Hermann Court.

The Student Athlete Advisory Committee is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight about the student-athlete experience. SAAC protects student-athlete interests and provides a positive image of student-athletes.
