Volleyball falls to Earlham

RICHMOND, IN – The Wilmington College volleyball team fell to Earlham Wednesday in straight sets, 28-26, 25-22, 25-22, in non-conference action.

The loss drops the Fightin' Quakers to 1-4 overall, and will travel back to Richmond for the Earlham Invitational.

Junior Tabby Biegler (Columbus, OH/Briggs) and sophomore Catlin Pauley (Kenton, OH/Riverdale) led the team with six kills, while senior Ashley Miller (Arcanum, OH/Franklin Monroe added three kills and three solo blocks.

Junior Ariana Neff (Naples, FL/Gulf Coast) recorded 13 assists with five digs. Biegler finished with 19 digs and freshman Emily Oberschlake (West College Corner, IN/Union County) added 14 digs.
