OCSA honors three @DubC_WSoccer players

NEW CONCORD – The Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association honored three Wilmington College women's soccer players today (December 20).

Senior Erika Good (Miamisburg, OH/Miamisburg) and senior Taylor Scott (Lynchburg, OH/Lynchburg Clay) earned Academic All-Ohio honors, while senior Alyssa Reule (Miamisburg, OH/Miamiburg) earned third team All-Ohio honors.

"I am very pleased for our three seniors receiving these post season honors because they have been the nucleus of our team," said Wilmington head coach Steve Spirk. "Alyssa Reule was our MVP and definitely deserving of All-Ohio honors. Taylor Scott and Erika Good have not only been great players for the past four years they are also outstanding students and receiving Academic All-Ohio cements that."

Scott, a three-time Academic All-OAC and All-Ohio selection, earned third team academic honors. She is a psychology/social work major with a 3.83 grade point average. She finished her career with 16 goals and 10 assists for 42 points.

Good, a two-time Academic All-Ohio and three-time Academic All-OAC selection, was a second team selection. She is an athletic training major with a 3.54 grade point average. A vital member of the Wilmington backline, Good finished her career with 10 goals and two assists. She was named All-OAC for the second consecutive year.

Reule has been a key figure for Wilmington's midfield in her three years for the Fightin' Quakers. She totaled one goal and two assists this season, while finishing her career with two goals and three assists.

Wilmington finished the season 6-7-4 overall, 1-6-2 in the OAC.
